The partnership context: mapping decision rights, interests and constraints across the parties, and identifying where change actually has to be agreed rather than instructed.
- Day 2
Building the shared case: framing the change so that it holds for each partner's own objectives, and structuring the conversations that convert stated support into committed resource.
- Day 3
Delivery and follow-through: governance that spans organisations, handling disagreement without stalling the programme, and measuring adoption after the launch period.
